53 train stations to benefit from tap-in tap-out rollout
First phase in plans to extend Pay As You Go to a further 200 stations in the South East
From Shepperton to Shoeburyness, 53 stations across the South East are set to introduce tap-in tap-out ticketing, as part of plans to make fares and ticketing simpler, easier and more convenient for passengers.
We are also working with the government to agree Pay As You Go pilots in Greater Manchester and the West Midlands.
