Last week, Silka Kennedy-Todd, Integrated Transport Lead at GBRTT, joined the third and final RAIL Magazine webinar in this series to talk about multi-modal integration and the opportunities Great British Railways has to shake up the way rail thinks about the part it plays in the wider transport system.
Silka described how it needs to be in Great British Railways’ organisational DNA – culturally and structurally – to think about our customers' journeys from A to B, not just from station to station, and to work with partners to take on the barriers to modal shift.
