Railway promotes accessibility at Naidex exhibition
Colleagues from across the rail industry listen to customers' ideas to improve accessibility
We were delighted to join our rail industry colleagues at this year’s Naidex exhibition in Birmingham.
GBRTT staff teamed up with National Rail Enquiries, Rail Delivery Group, Network Rail and train operators to boost awareness of the Passenger Assist service on trains and in stations, and to encourage more people to sign up for a Disabled Person’s Railcard.
We really enjoyed talking to customers about the future of the railway and what changes they would like to see in the next five to ten years to improve accessibility - as we come together to deliver a simpler, better railway for everyone.
